There is no reason to move the cooking club just leave a little space between each set of bleachers.

This is MSU Ballpark by the way.
leave it there and build bleachers over the top, and just take down the red awning, same as the bull pen, just leave it there and go above it with seating.

Something similar in design to Turchin is ideal given the space

After looking at the plan I have a few changes. Extend the suites from the grand stand all the way down 3rd base line instead of the open area. If the demand for suites is not high then do open air suites similar to the patio boxes down the lines but with a roof. On top of the cooking club and visitor bull pen add an elevated steel deck with a top. This area could become a student section and serve double duty as a tail gating area for football. Also add restrooms and of course beer up there.

To take care of the tailgaters who cant get tickets and others without tickets because of lack of seating, they will have a viewing party outside the Tigue under the oak tree by gate A of Cajun Field. They will have three 80 inch TV's and a 9' by 12' video board parked on Reinhardt Dr. so those that are unfortunate to get into the game because of limited seating can still share in the game day experience. Bring your own chairs

I would like to have that house where the people sit on there roof and have a perfect view under the scoreboard

Now, THAT would be unique! Do like they did at MSU, which charges big bucks to allow people to haul in old jalopies and build some wood bleachers on them. Ya'll can charge people to build their own tree house bleachers, and an annual fee thereafter, and get rid of those ugly 8' signs all along the fence. If not, at least the tree houses would allow people to see over them. Call it the "Tree House Lounge." The only problem with that is that pine trees can be less tolerant of having nails driven into them, but I'm sure you've got somebody in the AG dept. that can come up with a solution. Or the engineering department can come up with specifications for supporting the structures without having to put nails and lag screws into the trees at all.

Or we could hire the Tree House Master to build MANY tree houses in these Pine Trees, and Louisiana would get even more TV time! Make each Tree House into on letter each. The first letter would be an L in left then O then U then I then S then I then A then N then the last A woud be in Right field!!!
