Omaha Game day

Forgive my ignorance, but is there a way to determine on which day we will play our first game in Omaha? I've read that it will be Sunday. Is that factual? Is it based on our Saturday vs. Friday super regional start time or what?

When we beat Ole Miss, our first game in Omaha will be on Sunday. We are paired with the Charlottesville Super Regional, so we would play either Virginia or Maryland.

How did you figure this out? The actual CWS schedule isn't released until Monday. The last several years, the 3/6 seed game has been played on opening night (which would be Saturday June 14).

The schedule of games isn't officially released until Monday, but I'm pretty sure the Friday-Sunday SRs have always opened Omaha on the first day (Sat), while the Sat-Mon SRs open Sunday (day 2).

The only thing really up for grabs is whether we'll be the afternoon or night game on Sunday, should we advance.
