Hate to break this to ya, Tuff, drive through's will be well represented in their state before they cross into Louisiana. We went through one In Hattiesburg yesterday. Went to the Ole Miss regional to watch a nephew on one of the other teams and had a good time. Boring at times, though....too many Baptists, not enough booze and little respect for the National finalists of a year ago who put state of Mississippi baseball on the national stage many moons ago.

This will be a good match up, with our home field advantage being a plus. The Rebs I talked to yesterday think just because #64 beat us 1-zip on Friday that they can mail in their scores for an automatic advance to Omaha. From what I saw, we'll have the edge because of our speed and overall depth at key hitting positions against good pitching, which we both have. We are well rounded in all areas, and if they stumble, we will pounce. He who makes the fewest errors, leaves the fewest stranded on base, and he who doesn't @p@i@s@s off the umpires will win this one.

One thing for sure, it will be good feed for 600 visitors who will have more respect for us before leaving town ... Win or lose.
