Biscuit sliders with boudin pattis, thick bacon slice, and canes maple syrup.

You can eat Deanos pizza inside the stadium, save a visit there for something else.

They have pepperoni and a ragin cajun pizza at the stadium but they are not made on site and are not close to one made in the restaurant. My favorites are the uniquely Louisiana ones with seafood. JMO

Forgot to mention it before, 1 thing you must do when you're in Lafayette is go through a drive through daiquiri. Yes, you read that right, you can drive through some places, get liquor, and drive off, just do not puncture the lid with your straw until you get back to your hotel. Even if you don't like daiquiris, it always shocks people who are visiting Lafayette when I tell them that is actually allowed.
