Miss St fan: "How could the NCAA allow a team to host a regional where it RAINS????? DIDN'T THEY KNOW THIS MIGHT HAPPEN? They should've made them move it to the Superdome."

I find that hard to believe with the live feed I'm watching. Looks like the rain is coming down hard.

All UL-Red Stick (known to some as LSU) did was copy MSU. Yeah, they've been averaging bigger crowds of late, but MSU still has the top 10 crowds all-time. It probably helps your marketing to be located in a city of 250,000. Hell, if Starkville was that big, we'd have to build something that rivals Yankee Stadium.
I'm an old dawg, and I remember going to Red Stick back when Skip first came to town. There were about 1,500 in attendance, and 1,100 of those wore maroon. Tradition, my @$$. Ron Polk showed everybody how to do it, now baseball is an income sport.

Man I wish we could save Hicks. Seems like we can easily get through this with Carter or Anderson
