dumb question...if 2 of these 3 bowls have slots open, does the sun belt get to fill both of these? (ie 3 teams in)

Your not going bowling if your 6-6 you better go 7-5. If you lost to FAU you are done.

So what you are saying is that CUSA will fill up St. Pete first before Houston and New Orleans. Do they have that right and doesn't that hurt the SBC if CUSA only fields 5 eligible teams? The Houston bowl does not have to pick a SBC team if there is an opening like the St. Pete bowl.

The way it looks is if the Cajuns win the SBC they will end up in New Orleans and if Troy wins the SBC and the Cajuns finish 2nd, Troy may end up in the papajohns bowl in Alabama and the Cajuns still in New Orleans. Right?
The game against Fla Atl. and Troy is huge. We must win at least 1 of the 2 and if we do it looks pretty good. Fla Atl. can still jump up and grab 2nd place. They scare me.
BOP my question is if Troy wins the SBC and goes to the papajohns bowl and this leaves New Orleans bowl open do they have to take the 2nd place team from the SBC. If Fla Atl. and UL both finish conference at 5-2 but Fla Atl. wins the head up and technically they are 2nd, can the New Orleans choose UL over Fla Atl.?
