Yeah, but JW's control concerns me. She lost 9 of the 8 games this team dropped this season.

To be fair, JW recorded one out when she came in against TSU. She popped a girl up. Now she didn't throw a single strike. Even the pop up pitch would've been called a ball.

I just love all the pub we are getting. The so called big dawgs are giving us no chance at the WCWS when we know we have a better chance than most but I guess school names play a big part in that assessment (how did that work out in the regionals and super regionals.) Then you have the total meltdown 45 miles east about our baseball team being consensus no 1 and hosting as no 6 seed team in the country. People out side of the state are starting to notice all of our accomplishments this year. Stick and stone may break my bones but Championships will heal me fast. GEAUX CAJUNS.

This moron writer also fails to mention that Murphy BEGAN his softball coaching career at a "minuscule" place.....errrr Southwestern Louisiana. But what can one expect from a "cut and paste" writer (with tongue in cheek)

    3. Said a player that graduated leads the team in home runs.
    4. Said winning would be a "Hoosiers" story when, in fact, Louisiana is the higher seed and favored to win the game.

I make mistakes, just like the next guy. But this just shows you don't care at all about softball and don't care enough to do minimal research.

In 5 NCAA tournament games, Jordan Wallace has pitched a grand total of zero innings (failing to record an out). Christina Hamilton's specs are all the rage in the softball world.

Can't you squeeze in 30 seconds to look at a box score? From 2014?

Hell, you don't even need a box score. Grab one of those brackets from your own site (you know, the one you clowns advanced LSU into the Super Regional?) and look at those little numbers next to the teams.

See that "6" and that "14?" Now... was that hard? Apparently so.

EDIT: Not "You" as in "Parrot," obviously.
Bottom line is it's lazy reporting/writing.
