It's clear that Benson was uncomfortable spending the entire segment talking about Louisiana.

But we're the only thing that shines in this conference. Every other commissioner in America would've been a lot more enthusiastic.

Benson is upset that "We Rise" without the "Together" part. I wonder if he knows what city they're in. His daughter doesn't.
