My guess is that by 1pm tomorrow, this selection committee will have already made their national seeds and will be on to selecting the rest of the field.

I'm not sure how it works in the room, but I'm pretty sure this thing's locked up. I doubt the committee will be huddled around a tube wondering if we'll be 52-8 instead of 53-7.

I think it's a done deal.

Nothing to elaborate. The selection committee does not necessarily have its national seeds wrapped up by 1pm tomorrow. Sometimes these debates go into Sunday evening ... though the regional hosts are decided well before Sunday evening.
