It's probably better that they don't.

Coach robe alludes to this a lot. Playing bigger than we are.

Probably not insulting since they got it from him. Seems accurate.

    "We know our place."

T-Joe used that line to get hired.

    Trickle down quotenomics.

Do I like the general tone of the article? No. Would any of our fellow Dumb Belt or ULS brethren give their left nut for that level of pub? You bet.

Some love is better than none, especially this week if we take care of business. It's great to be a Louisiana Ragin' Cajun!

"Robichaux goes on to describe how his team breaks the huddle after he asks: "What have we earned the right to do?"

    The shouted response: "MORE!"

    I love that!!

I do not think he means knowing our place by saying we have to play bigger than we are. Clearly he subtlety alludes to the fact that he has to be better just to be viewed as being equal.

Make no mistake it was a back handed compliment written by people who do not care about NCAA ball, and only follow the P5 who they think steal from players. This is Sports Illustrated after all.

Normally 'knowing ones place' means glass ceiling limitations accepted.

Have not followed SI for years. SI relegated itself to the fashion magazine dump heap along time ago. Very biased and narrow focused rag dedicated to the generation of advertising dollars vs. real nationwide sports reporting. Take it for what it is worth.

Isn't that pretty much every magazine now. Dying industry. I used to love Popular Science but it's probably 75% advertisements now so I unsubcribed and go online. Which sucks because I am a paper person.

It's an Associated Press article. I've seen it showcased on multiple news outlets. Like Fox News for example, as well as NCAA.com
