    You should never look at computer rankings until the season is over... these computers take into account strength of schedule of games PLAYED... So if you have more difficult games left on the schedule (troy) then you ranking should go up...

    Its easy. Strength of schedule and wins vs those opponents. ArkState beat Texas A&M early in the year. That by itself boost a team in the Sun Belt everything else being equal.

    Over the past couple years, I put together a BCS type rating for our baseball league. You would be surprised how much an opponents winning percentage affects these types of polls.
