    Default Come on Jake!!!

My favorite UL player of recent years, had better get his head on straight or he will be watching from the bench. Jake needs to quit forcing things on the field and making poor decisions or injury or no injury, he will be watching from the sidelines like all of us.

I heard T. Bradshaw say "My man Jake threw 4 first half TD's today" then he explained that two were interceptions for TD's by Detroit. 3 in all. I think he's trying too hard.

Come on Jake get it together so we don't have to watch some ex FSU guy taking your place.

UL Football Jake knocked out in nasty collision

    How's Jake?

Team officials did not say if quarterback Jake Delhomme suffered a concussion late in the game, but acknowledged he was shaken up and woozy.

Delhomme was not available to talk to reporters afterward.

Coach John Fox said Delhomme was aware what city he was in and what had happened. Fox said he believes Delhomme will be fine. Delhomme will have time to rest. The Panthers' next game is Oct. 30 against Minnesota.

Z, According to friends of mine in Charlotte, Jake's Karma is wearing thin with all the mental errors he's making this year. His interceptions are not due to great defensive plays but mostly pretty bad judgements on his behalf. He has what it takes and needs to quit forcing it.

Carolina can't run the ball like they used to. They can't protect Jake like they used to.

    Basically, the O-line stinks.

Jake is just trying to make plays to compensate.

Much like Favre at Green Bay.

Give them a few games with Weinke at QB. They'll be begging for Jake back.
