OK here's the deal; unless you want to be institutionalized, you need to drop the act.

Following the part of the law that shows the geo location is not part of "The Name" but merely a clarifying addendum to "The Name" "University of Louisiana" it shows you are going overboard.

The law clearly states "Any institutional use of "University of Louisiana" without the "at" and geographic location is prohibited."

Now do you really want to be institutionalized?
