Why is it that you only tune into RP with this name stuff? I find that odd for someone calling themselves a fan of our university. Why don't you post on other subjects? I don't doubt you live where you live, or that you even attended UL. But you act as if there's this giant group of UL fans similar to you... and then there's this name mafia group. The vast majority of UL fans don't throw down big forum arguments against "UL" or "University of Louisiana". Even those that prefer using the official name don't argue with the majority. And I guarantee you that those that take the time to see what's going on at UL, via RP, and have an opinion on it, don't just post every time they think they can stir something up about the name.

I read other post. Some are quite intuitive and others comical. My very first post had nothing to do with name but the RP mafia took offense.
