I would like to see him in the UFL for a year and prove himself outside of college and hop on with a team next year and play more of a role. He just won't get the opportunities in the NFL at this point that he would in the UFL.

Plus I just want to see him every play on TV instead of possibly never.

I think Tyrell would strongly disagree with you. The NFL is where it's at (even if it's the Lions).

Yep. He'll be joined in UFL camp on September 10th by a bunch of NFL preseason camp guys. But I hope he makes an NFL roster instead.

Of course he would disagree with me. And of course I want to see him in the NFL. But it is obvious that NFL teams aren't seeing his upside right now. He can learn a lot in the UFL for a year under previous NFL coaches.

It could be the Lions or the Steelers. He just isn't gonna play right now aside from major injuries or on the practice squad. It's hard to prove your worth on a practice squad, but easy if you are running all over semi-pro defenses in the UFL. That was all I was trying to say.

He has already been drafted and agreed to join the Las Vegas Locomotives back in June. His coach is Jim Fassel and QB is J.P. Losman. Other notables on his team are Tim Rattay, Tyson Thompson and Adam Archuleta.

Although, after just checking, it is curious that he is no longer listed on their roster... He was listed as the #1 RB the last time I checked...
