Coach said the scoreboard and clock should be completed and functional by the first day of the regional.

Did he say or was coach asked about the lighting upgrades? Are they needed and/or will they be upgraded?

Coach mentioned that at a Diamond Club meeting... Additional lighting is needed... I think he said the cost was around 16K per truck... but that the NCAA had a deal worked out where they get them for half off... but we need two trucks so we're looking at 16K cost - I'm guessing for each regional hosted.

Also - the main reason is that HD requires more lighting...

I hope so. I remember watching about 4 innings of a game in the late 80's to early 90's, when the team from the east came in to town, from about 25' up in the trees. The UP finally spotted me and made me get down.
