The opening game of the South Alabama series scheduled for Friday night at Stanky Field has been postponed due to heavy rain in the Mobile area. The Cajuns and Jaguars will play a doubleheader Saturday starting at 3 p.m.

When we went last year for the football game we had a good time at a few sports bars in Mobile.

It is a pretty cool city from what I have seen.

I hope Jay took advantage of a night off and got out of the hotel to see the city.

Saturday's game was scheduled for 6:30pm already. So, they're playing at 3.

And, yes, it gives them more time to get the field ready.

It is a pretty cool city from what I have seen........Mobile is a very cool city...3 universities, great location, and btw....a great recruiting area...I fear them as much as anybody in the conference and know that they are pushing very strongly for an out of the Belt....they need a new fb stadium badly!!!
