Folks,

NCAA Baseball Regionals:
200 tickets must be held for each visiting team for the games in which that team participates. All of these tickets must be in what is considered to be a "PRIME" area … between first and third bases.

NCAA Baseball Super-Regionals:
600 "PRIME" tickets must be held for the visiting team.

All tickets are to be held until 10am local time of the day of the game for the participating teams.

Additionally, two seats are reserved (per team) near home plate for team personnel charting pitches. Also, four seats are held for scouting purposes (non-participating teams).

The two sections that are next to the grandstand is what Matt said would be held for the visting teams. I am not sure for the super regional.

As long as they are between first and third base. I have seen nothing in the official docs concerning the requirement that the field of play be visible.
