Israeli video chat startup Rounds has announced today that its Chrome extension that allows you to add video chat to any Web page is now available to download. We knew the new feature was on the way, as it was_announced in March, but we weren’t sure exactly when it would be offered more widely beyond a limited beta. In essence, the extension allows you to_add_“video bubbles”_to any Web page (whether that’s static content, video, live events, etc.) for live video chat.
