_ We are killing ourselves with some of these play calls. We are running for 5 yds a carry easy (not statistically, its more). We should be pounding them. Instead we are punting now. _

We're letting them inch their way back into this. As for the run versus pass... still need both... I would like to see us pound them with the run and surprise them with a pass. Instead, we are mixing some odd sequences of plays.

2nd half: No more mistakes, power run and throw those short 5 to 7 yarders that MD has great success with.

Look, besides the 2 big runs, our offense is not consistent. We are running well, but you cannot JUST run to win. We need a few completions to keep the defense honest. Now, that we are not keeping the drives going we are allowing them back into the game. The defense is playing good keeping them to 3 field goals, but we need our offense to be able to keep the drive going.

Absolutely agree with not just running. However, the mix that we have is not a good one. It makes a huge difference on which down you call a run or a pass. Also, the fact that most passes are screens.
