The Texas high school baseball prep ranks have been fertile recruiting grounds for the nationally ranked Louisiana Ragin’ Cajun baseball program’s 2014 Class. The Cajun’s staff picked-up a huge commitment Monday night from Hughes Spring’s right-hander Dylan Moore.

Dylan Moore pitched a perfect game no hitter against the Hooks Hornets on April 8th with 14Ks. This makes his career to date high school record 40-2 and 9-0 on this season.

Not sure how good the Hooks Hornets are but that is an impressive outing.

Oh Lord Jesus, I pray that you allow this kid to forgo his pro career for just 2 more years. Lord, I would really make a lot of Cajuns fans really appreciative of you if we had both him and Bazar pitching weekends for us!!!!

one of the reports shows an 85 mph fastball. Interestingly, that's four mph lower than what the same sites showed for Regan Bazar as a senior.

That is why I was asking, I have seen too much difference in all of the scouting reports.

Also if I were to wish for any HS arm out of Texas it would be Tyler Kolek. lol Maybe the Astros will sign him.

Those are a bit dated. According to him, 88 mph to 89 mph late this season.
