What I really like is the player stats on the actual scoreboard. Now I don't have to look away at those ones in the corners that are usually not working properly.

This is something that is long overdue. Unfortunately, because the CajunDome is an all-purpose facility, it's current configuration doesn't make it a good basketball setting, or should I say, as good as it could be.

But, being that we no longer have any other permanent sporting events in there (hockey, arena football, indoor soccer), it is something that the CajunDome and the University should look into. All it would take is either a new bleacher configuration, or redoing the ones they already have. As a student, I always wanted to be that much closer to the court, and especially since they're having that contest now to name the student section, and are doing other things to improve the arena, it would be a good time to really make that place into a GREAT college basketball arena. The way they have the student section broken up hurts the ability for coordinated cheers and so forth from the students. and in college basketball, it is the students who generally control the level of noise, etc in the arena.

Also, didn't I hear a while back that they are going to start restricting seating in the upper levels to encourage more seating in the 100 and 200 levels?

C'mon Z. Let's be real. how do you honestly expect them to relocate a bunch of flaming bushes. They're on fire and someone could get injured.
