BCS games are different. The Cajuns would have to play in the NO Bowl unless they don't win the conference.

The Sun Belt Conference has a contract with the New Orleans Bowl. It is the only guaranteed bowl bid for the Sun Belt.

Sun Belt bylaws state that the conference champion is the only team with a guaranteed bowl berth.

But it doesn't say that the two always tie together.

Ok that makes sense...I am wrong! I could have sworn this discussion had occurred before on pagin and it was stated that the Conference Champion was obligated to play in the NO Bowl. Thanks BOP!

If we would somehow run the table, which is possible but unlikely, I would want us to go the the bowl that gives us the best payout. I would rather play a bottom feeder BCS school than a CUSA school. The reason for this would be if we win against UCONN who they have us paired up against then its a BCS victory which is much more impressive than beating Memphis or Houston.
