I am happy the way we played. These kids have heart! I am even more happy that we are fairly healthy going into conference. Offense is putting up yards and defense is showing signs of good play to keep the offense in the game.

There was no doubt the officials were on Kansas St's side, but that is no excuse. There was multiple times when we could have stopped them.

Again, no one will hear about this one after a week, put another loss in the loss column.

That being said I truly believe if you read my other post that this offense can score on anyone, and its up to the defense to stop the opponent and put the offense on the field. We have to bring this to ULM and UNT and get two victories there and bring it home.

This team should win this league with this kind of offense. If not it will be a disappointing year again.

There are a lot of teams out there that would be 1-3 after playing those first four games. But I guarantee you that of the teams that would finish 1-3, very few would have put up the fights we have.
