Freshman Fernando Cruz Valle and sophomore Thomas Strandemo both finished the second day in the top 10 at the 2014 Sun Belt Men's Golf Championship as the Louisiana golf team slipped into sixth place carding a score of 8-over par (296) on Tuesday at Grand Bear Golf Club.
