    Coach Marlin added another piece to the 2014 recruiting class today when Western Texas College forward Devonta Walker committed to the Ragin' Cajuns of Louisiana after visiting last weekend.

    Upgrade in position at the charity line. This player shoots .77 from the charity stripe, the player, Moore, he is expected to replace shot .56 from that spot. Moore got to take 50 shots last season. That is not quite two a game. Walker is described as a slasher so I would hope he gets a lot more attempts.

    Walker also shot 60% from the field so I suspect he is able to get to the rim.

    While I'm very excited to hear about this commit, I'm equally excited to see Tremoine Williams also coming. I remember him a couple of years ago as we were really hoping he would commit to the cajuns. He will automatically add depth to the Guard spot and give us another PG

    Access the article at the top regarding Walker. Look down about 2/3 of the page and see that they are mentioning that Tremoine Williams, from the same school, is planning to come to UL also. He's the kid from Abbeville a couple of year's ago that played with Davenport who we wanted.
