Ga Tech has a beautiful ballpark, on campus near downtown ATL.

Had to turn off Ga Tech vs Ga. Absolutely horrible game, totally boring. Tech up 4-0 in 7th. Both are receiving votes to NCBWA.
Things have changed I think - If the Cajuns are ranked #1 end season, they will be the national #1 seed in my opinion. If a close call as to who should get the top seed, the lean will go to Cajuns because its a story and attracts attention to the NCAA tourney. The national media will eat that up - Ragin Cajuns #1 national seed - its a talking point.
You can take it to the house - if Cajuns are ranked #1 in the polls, they are the national #1 seed even if out of the top 5 in RPI.
The Sun Belt is posting another disappointing night. Hopefully Arkansas State can hold on against Memphis.

#24 Rice (RPI #11) is getting CRUSHED by Lamar right now...
Lamar 10
Rice 1 Bottom 8th
other teams helping us oUt !!!!!!!!!!!!
Not UTA...
Texas 10
UTA 2 Final
Sam Houston St. making errors in the wrong spot. This inning is getting out of control.
Houston up 5-2 with bases loaded in the 8th.
so USC lost to a team ranked lower than UNO; Rice getting bombed by an average Southland team; Louisville loses to in-state rival KY; Houston on the ropes to the 3rd place Southland team. Only need a USM miracle comeback and pretty much all the top teams needing an L to help our cause are getting the L.
This is exactly the reason I posted a few days ago that I believe we can still lose 4 and maybe 5 games and still be a national seed. It will be the perception that may get us the national seed. Assume we win out our non-conference games and take 2 out of 3 in 4 of the remaining 5 conference series and lose 1 in the conference tournament that will be 5 loses. Under this circumstances I believe we will still be a national seed even if our RPI is at say #12-14. If this team only loses 5 more games and wins the conference tournament we will finish the season with 50 wins before selection day. No way we don't get a national seed.
