    I'll stop at Poche Bridge if I want a grease link. Billy's is the new king of boudin. Billy's is what Best Stop used to be!

    Billy's smoked boudin is very good and of course their boudin balls and boudin egg rolls, but if I want just a traditional link of boudin it's Best Stop 100% of the time for me.

    That's the stuff Billy's is known for. Pepperjack stuffed boudin balls and pepperjack boudin egg rolls.

    Their gratons are usually cold so I don't waste my money on those.

    There's a place somewhere around Duson or Scott that makes boudin balls the size of cannonballs.

    It might be the place at the corner of Highway 90 and Fieldspan.

    Anybody familiar with it?
