Variety is the spice of life. I love UL with all my heart but I think people need to remember that it is ok to have sports interests outside of UL athletics. Personally, I like that they go national on some sports topics because it gives me perspective and makes me appreciate what we have going on here at home that much more. Some may feel this way and others may not, that's why you have your radio and I have mine...

I disagree, if you think of it as eavesdropping in on some home spun couch talk it takes on a totally different feel and isn't bad at all.

If you listen in looking for first rate stats then you may leave disappointed and exclaim "Oh Brother"

Generally I judge a show on IT being fun or interesting to me. I never figure out what I am looking for or listening for, kinda like a great meal, you don't really know why it is so good, but you don't need to know.

Turb, if you like it fine, and if you need to figure out how come you like it fine. Most people simply want to enjoy something without having to invest a lot of thought into it.

I agree. Sometime just listening to those guys having fun is nice. Doesn't ESPN stand for "entertainment and sports network", or something like that? Well Gary & Shannon fill the entertainment portion of that slogan in my opinion. But I realize everyone has their own likes and dislikes. Just my point of view.
