How did the show Geaux and could someone touch on the highlights? also did someone ask Tony and Mike if lights upgrades at the stadiums are needed to host superregionals

Another awesome show. Might be best group of coaches ever at UL. Listening to Coach.Rob and Coach Lotief is really inspirational. Thanks.

DaddyCajun, I did not ask questions about the regionals or super-regionals because neither coach wants to have that discussion right now. We still have almost a half of season left to play and SBC tournaments to play. I do know that Scott Farmer will be submitting a bid to host so those questions might be better answered by him. Both coaches said similar things:

Coach Robichaux stated that he was not happy with the way they pitched the last two days, but the difference in the two games, were that the bats came through last night and the Cajuns played better defense. He also said that it is difficult to win on the road and UL is the only program in the NCAA that is undefeated. He said he doesn't get into good wins and bad wins, every game is different. This team hates losing any game, whether its to New Orleans or any other team. He said the team is 31-4 and people that have never played the game or understand what it takes to come out and play the same way every day get caught up on one loss.

The Cajuns will go with Baranik, Wilson and Boutte..just like last weekend. Austin will not pitch this weekend. They were please with Milhorn's outing, said he could have pitched a few innings against Troy, but they wanted to be cautious with him. Said Girouard will be okay after taking a very bad pitch off his knee. He said they will probably sit Baranik one weekend as well to give him some rest because we want those guys healthy at the end of the season.

He said they will continue to focus on how they play and execute, rather than the opponent. Coach also said if they play the way they have much of the season, Baranik, Austin and Milhorn can beat anyone in the country.
