Toups had about an 18.5 ERA night...and there are still guys on base that could make his night even worse. Wow.

Charpentier gets us out of the hot grease. 6-5 through 3
Charpentier giving us some good work. Strentz is doing well throwing runners out too.
Man, we have really struck out a lot in the last 2 games. On a positive note, they have mostly been swinging.
6-5 through 5.
Need some bats now. Let's go!
I know a lot of the younger folks here at RP sometimes doesn't quite grasp the total and utter disdain many of us old guys have towards Mickey Neese. That's due to the lack of a pure year in year out rival since Ryan Steet High opted to go 1-AA in football and UL went their 1-A route. So here's an idea how bad it was...
Back around 1975 or 76, was parked with my girlfriend in front of the old Baker dorm, seeing how bad we could fog up the windows. In the middle of all this action, she whispers in my ear, "Baby, kiss me where it stinks..."
I, being a gentleman, asked her if she was sure, and she repeated her request.
So being said gentleman, I put my clothes back on and started up the car. She then very quickly asked me what I was doing.
I politely told her "You want me to kiss you where it stinks, so I'm driving you to Lake Charles..."
Mcneese is good
Cowgirls making some great defensive plays. We've been robbed of at least 3 hits.
Stats are going all McNeese St on us again. Not working.
