I'd rather consider the other 24 innings of play against the same hitters. Matt Plitt has been very good this year, and he had trouble locating that inning. When you score 7 in the top of the inning, and come out and walk the first two batters in the bottom of the inning you're asking for trouble. Matt had trouble hitting spots in one inning, but that hasn't been the norm this year where he's been very solid.
I agree ... you could see his curve ball (attempt) on tv ... not much break at all, so they are sitting on his fast ball and he couldn't locate it ... Robe was staying with him longer than he would normally just because of the second game and shortage of pitchers and the big lead.
We dominated 26.5 innings this weekend. Get over it!
and....let's not forget that Robi did not pitch this weekend.

You may have not been able to tell on the screen,,but the mound was higher than ours. Some guys had trouble finding the release point. Matt had trouble with it from the start-- that is all it was. Bazar had some trouble also but threw a little harder and downhill so he was hard to hit. Others could not find a good release point and left the ball up-- thus balls flying out of the park.
No need to panic
