No pulled Hamstrings last year
I had a chance to talk to UL Track and Field Head coach Charlie Mahfouz the other day at Baja Sports Grill and unless I heard wrong I was amazed to hear that UL track overall or a segment of UL track had NO hamstring injuries last year.
Coack Mahfouz said the squads stretch for :45 minutes . . .
