Haha people keep asking me and wasn't sure if anything is happening after this season. Thought maybe the Cox building is gonna be torn down and that area will be built into the square?

Nothing. The Tigue will be built before anything being done to CF. And the Tigue want be started on for two years. So say the lighting at the Tigue should be starting now after the fall series. Well it's after already. Than the stadium after the last home game of this season......can you see my eyes rolling.....If this was so, this administration should be telling the public (the fans) about this......

In fairness the renovations to the Tigue have been discussed by the administration since April. You can find a number of news articles related to it.

I've been very skeptical in the past but this is the real deal this time around. I've spoken directly to people involved and they have it setup in a very efficient manner. I'll be shocked if we aren't breaking ground after the last pitch in 2016.

Lighten for the Tigue is scheduled for late December early January. They had to wait for the design of the Tigue before they knew where to but the lighting. In my opinion this was the right thing to do, you do not want to move the lights twice. Also with the new footprint of the Tigue it was a smart decision to wait.

I am pretty sure the Cox building will be torn down in the spring. I didn't consider the Cox building to be part of Cajun Field, but I guess it should be considered as part.

If you mean before the school year ends in May 2016, yes. If you include the time before next baseball season starts in February 2017, then include a new grandstand at the Tigue into the additions.
