Reading most athletic articles, or even just journalism articles, they are written making use of the city in which the event occurred. The university is an institution, and not a location in this context.
We can somewhat see your point, but you won't win supporters by disrespecting those that disagree with you.
Is this the first time CajunGator reads a recruiting article? Nothing different in this one from most any I've ever read, no matter the school. Perhaps he wanted it to read "head coach Jess Curtis traveled down for the Ragin' Cajuns' junior day earlier this month and managing to avoid the city of Lafayette in the process"
I never heard of Mike Coppage didn't even realize it was him I was attacking in my first post. He must be special for everyone to come to his defense. I did a search of his name and this page came up. He names every single school on the list, including when he wrongly calls us Lafayette.
