Thanks for the info on Fontana Cajun T. I hope People are not getting upset that I am posting about players I think would be a good fit for UL and to keep an eye on them when the seasons starts. I live in Georgia but when I was back home(Louisiana) I wanted to check some of our local talents out and if you want since I live out here I do not know who is on UL
list but I can tell you about a few players that lives out here that can play at UL. If a chance you go and see Northside High School play check out my little brother his name is Ernest Andrus and his # is 24 about 6'3 190 SS you will like him.

Does your brother play WR as well and did he attend the Cajun prospect camp? I have photos of several Northside athletes, including Jacarde Carter.

I know Daniel and Tyson. I spoke to Vince back in the spring, but I didn't make it out to the spring game. I wish Tyson would have chosen to enroll at UL after he left Ole Miss. He would be starting at safety or at least be part of the rotation.

My dad was John Fischer. He passed away in 1999. He was from New Orleans and played at LA Tech from 49-53. He was always keeping up with "his guys". They included Gerald and Chris Boudreaux, Dale Thomas, "Frog" Venable, etc., just to name a few. One year he had Randy McClanahan (UL player who went on to get a Super Bowl ring with the Oakland Raiders) intern with him.

some names here that bring a good, down-home feeling to my heart. i taught tyson andrus at n. p. moss middle school. great kid. loads of talent. and speed to burn. i remember watching him, and others, at lunch recess having sprint races down the sidewalk. they insisted on me being the finish line judge because they said i wouldn't "cheat" them. i was sick when i found out he had gone across the basin. i wish him all the best, wherever he lands. as for leray "froggie" venable, he is my first cousin, and father of justin, who, i believe, has some distinction as far as longevity, on the cajun football team.
