There is no doubt that Phelps is a FREAK! I know everyone has heard the story (double jointed knees, extremely long arms, size 14 feet, etc, etc)

I saw where he's 6'4", has a 6'7" wingspan, the legs of a 6' tall man, and the torso of a 6'8" tall man. And he has big ears, that dude's just all out of proportions.
