I'm not trying to attack you, but I'd just like to point out that in the time it took to write this post you could have sent them an email with a link to the correct logo and name guide.

I know it's not your job. I know it shouldn't be up to us to send emails. But the reality is our university doesn't have an administration that understands marketing. When you (or anyone else) see something like that, sending an email is a quick and easy way for to grab onto the rope and pull in the same direction.
