Thread: Every single Cajun opponent ...

  1. UL Baseball Every single Cajun opponent ...

... on the schedule won tonight ... going 10-0 in aggregate.

    IUPU-Fort Wayne 5 Eastern Illinois 10 (5-16) (neutral site)
    Stephen F. Austin 4 at Northwestern State 5 (11-9)
    Texas-San Antonio 2 at Southern Mississippi 6 (11-11)
    Georgia 0 at LSU 4 (19-4)
    Alabama 17 (15-6) at Arkansas 9
    Prairie View A&M 1 at Texas Southern 6 (6-14)
    Prairie View A&M 4 at Texas Southern 7 (7-14)
    Middle Tennessee 0 at Tulane 2 (11-10)
    Louisiana-Monroe 7 (8-15) at Troy 4
    Nicholls State 4 (11-12) at Lamar 0

This will result in a significant jump in OWP and thus RPI tonight.

BTW, I hope Spencer Turnbull (Alabama ace) did not suffer an injury tonight. He pitched three innings of three hit ball and then came out of the game. Seems strange in what was a 0-0 game after three innings.

Jumped to # 13 at the moment... Still big swings.... Was in the high 20's or low 30's on this site, going into tonight.

    Thanks Brian!

Also, the Cajuns are the first team to 20 wins and have the best win percentage in the nation

    #12 on warrennolan.com.

Since warrennolan.com does include tie games (and the RPI Top 25/50/75, Bottom 25/50/75 bonuses/penalties have been dropped), it is a bit more accurate than Boyd's.

Brian, on Turnbull, he had thrown 50+ through 3 then they had a lightning delay. I'm guessing that's all it was and not an injury
