Well, after a 6 for 6 night for Fernandez, she is now batting .506 for the year. Not too shabby.

The amazing thing about her 6 for 6 is she slapped the ball where ever she wanted it to go usually out of the infield. Was also glad to see Sam hitting good. Now if we can get Sarah out of her slump we will truly be rolling into conference play.
During this time when all of the programs are performing at a high level, I wonder what we could become if we focused only on the positive and didn't sweat the small stuff. I'm not picking on you specifically, Hammer. Your comment caused me to stop and think about a negative comment that I made about the ticketing system. We all get caught up in it. Maybe we can put some of that aside for awhile. Keep all of the UL comments positive while spring sports are getting so much attention.
Hey, I am thrilled with accomplishments of the coaches and players! It's just frustrating to see the same old screw ups and glacial pace of things off the fields from the admin. It would be nice to see them put as much effort into it as the coaches and players. Since the admin is the foundation of the department their screw ups don't inspire confidence in our ability to keep up this level of on field / court excellence over the long haul.
