Thread: Name People will love this

Default Name People will love this

Joe Lunardi's 40 sec preview on the Cajuns on espn has all kinds of fail

He says we have ZERO chance and we are just happy to be there.
They spelt Ragin Cajuns as Rajin Cajuns
    Emphasized ULL
And last but definitely not least, the ole Lafayette Leopards logo is thrown up there.

You get bad service...you don't go to the food place any longer. You wait in a fast food line to long...you go somewhere else. Clothes too expensive...shop at a cheaper place. Decide to boycott ESPN for continously making us look bad...you have to watch because they are broadcasting your team.

We will always be at the mercy, rightfully or wrongfully, of networks who have their own agenda or do whatever they want to do because they can. We can complain all we want about names and logos but at the end of the day...you will switch on ESPN because they will show the Cajuns. At least you can turn down the sound and listen to Jay.

Can't believe they make you watch an ad before that garbage

"Name people will HATE this" should be the title. Why would anyone love this?

Man, over the years I've become quite numb to all of the name chaos, but the only thing that really gets me ticked off anymore is when they put the wrong logo up there. Lafayette Leopards logo? Really? How is this continually u___ed up?

Worldwide leader in F-ups. Good. I like the way our athletes perform when they are getting no respect.

ESPN doesn't make us look bad when they do stuff like this. They erode their own credibility.

You're the "Worldwide Leader in Sports," but you can't even get the teams' logos right?

Who is Joe Lunardi? What makes him an expert on basketball? Anybody ever stopped to ask that?

Is he an expert because ESPN calls him a "bracketologist?" Because he had Georgia State on his bracket until 2pm on Sunday. Then he had us against Iowa State. He was wrong about those predictions. So why should I trust his upcoming predictions?

What are his credentials? Is he just a fan, like us, that got a title from ESPN?

I don't give a flying **** what Joe Lunardi says, even if he says the Leopards will beat Creighton by 30. Who gives a **** what this clown thinks?

Where did he have FGCU before their conference tournament last year? Just wondering.

How about after the round of 32?

How many of the 2 times Butler was in the national championship game did Lunardi pick them to at least advance to the second weekend? Wichita State last year? VCU?

See, the thing about bracketology is that there are no qualifications. Like predicting weather, you never have to get anything right.

Want to know who I'm predicting to go to the Final Four? I'll tell you in two weeks. In the meantime, I'll let my "Rajin Cajun Leopard" friends do their talking on the court.
