Cajuns demolish ULM for sweep

The No. 6-ranked UL Ragin’ Cajuns baseball team tied a school record with seven home runs as the squad crushed ULM 21-2 in the series finale to complete the sweep and win their seventh straight game Sunday at Warhawk Field.

The win gives UL (17-2, 3-0 SBC) its sixth straight series win and nine straight victories against the Warhawks (7-14, 0-3 SBC).

It's a shame they took a knee in the endzone at the end of the game. Gave the Chickenhawks those 2 mercy runs.

If a game can be called after 5 for weather, they why wouldn't the mercy for "get-a-way" Sunday be the same. I like consistency. Of course, a few more innings helped the stats and allowed for some pitchers to throw and position players to get into the game.
