Another thing to note, I am pretty sure that our start times for games will be moving to 7:05 so that should help with the sun. Also, we need much better lighting if that is the case. But man I love playing under the lights!

It was stated after last season that the games would be shifted to 7:05. I do not remember the source.

The "Red Zone" is nice for a small time program, but keeping payers from being able to buy these seats at premium prices is ridiculous. Put the students in the new end zone. There are RCAF members, myself included, who are pulling the load and paying for things who would like these seats. The "home field advantage", comes from added facilities and coaches salaries to make them stay. That goes a lot farther than college students yelling ridiculous things at the other team during the game.

I would agree with your point about the premium revenue for those seats if two factors existed. Number 1 being that the admin was willing to impose such premium fees for those seats and number 2 if their was a demand for those seats by paying customers. Let's face it most visiting teams do not bring enough fans to make it worthwhile. For most games those seats would generally go unsold and probably get occupied by squatters who paid for cheaper tickets. Might as well let our students (the future alumni and paying fan base) have those good seats.

Stages Hammer, stages. Make the thirty to thirty chair backs, if possible, for premium RCAF. Move the students over one section, and then the band. Put the visitor high, and away from their team. Once there is a demand for additional side line seats keep it moving in stages.

IMO the experiment with putting backs on the non chair back section on the West had a bad outcome, so maybe we will never be able to chair back the East.

IMO Boomer the backs made passage too difficult for the guys moving between the rows. Not enough depth to do it well.
