Knowing the first game will test the capacity of the newly renovated stadium, makes me smile!
I wonder if consideration was ever given to putting up a double decked stadium with suites, press box and media between the decks, while leaving the grandstand seats in place along 1st & 3rd base lines. That would leave a lot of attractive behind home plate seats. TCU, I believe, has that kind of setup and it looks great. Would also seem to lower costs while adding about 2,000 seats and having a top facility. A lot of teams keep the grandstand seats similar to ours. Isn't 6,000 seats about where we want to end up?
This and a mirror visitors side upper deck to match the new home side we're about to get!
I can assure you it will be done on time. Lemoine will make sure of it.
My source just told me they were Big XII officials.
Hilarious
It was probably just some business men taking a tour of the complex. But that shouldn't prevent a slew of new rumors.
