Yes indeed. Very nice. So maybe another week of placing concrete for the seating and maybe another week or so before slabs are done. Making progress.

I don't think another week will get it done. As you go up the longer the forms for the seat get.. They will start putting in the seats before they finish the cement (concrete) work. They are waiting for the seat to be delivered. The concession and restroom will start going up before the concrete seats are complete....at least that is what I see and was told.

That is being very optimistic. I would think they will be finished with the seating by late June. the will have the foundations placed for the concession area in another three weeks or so. The seating will be OK for August but they will really have to bust it to finish the Concession stands and rest rooms. Fortunately, the finish in these areas is not critical and can be done fairly quickly.

The weather has been very nice lately. Glad to see they are taking advantage of it. Afternoon showers will come around in July. They should be well out of the weather by then.
