Also has anyone notice the flat bed trucks at Blackham? The have several trucks with cement prefab sections on them. Just wondering if that's for the concession and restroom behind the south end zone. Don't know of any other construction going on that it might be for.

Walkway. Might also be making room for handicap-accessible seating higher up (2-3 seats per row with lots of room).

....They should paint it to match the concrete and then paint a RAGIN CAJUNS logo over it or something. I sure hope they don't do something really cheesy and get a large tarp screen printed with a blown up picture of fans cheering in some attempt to camouflage it (yikes).

I wonder why they skipped a row? I can see where they will come back to it.

When they placed the bulk head they skipped three rows. They did that to construct the bulk head. The bulk head is used to stiffen the bulkhead and to key it into the ground. It's all good there will be now rows skipped or accommodations for handicapped because that location is not accessible by ADA standards.

It is a transition zone between the old portion of the stadium (old codes) and the new portion of the stadium (new codes). The codes for stadium slopes have changed and they will not match at any location except the bottom. I am thinking there will be no seats nor will there be any access at these locations. The code writers review changes, adopt the changes and the local municipalities and states adopt the code. There are no variances for code enforcement. The code is the code.
