I spoke with a school representative, and he said that the discovered the fiber line was cut on Wednesday, due to the construction. They weren't made aware until Friday, and are working on it right now. They are looking to have an alternative internet connection set up in the press box, and once they get that figured out, we'll be live again. Just thought I'd give an update.

I suspect there was a fiber line running from the Cox building up to the pressbox that was providing Internet service. Once they started moving dirt on the backside of the hill near the Cox building they probably hit said fiber line.

I believe it is because the trench/key that they poured included the row (so it is all one piece) that sits on top of it. They will then continue to pour up to it. It must have been a decision based on strength. I'm no expert though.

And they actually skipped two rows

The pump shed won't be too bad once the bleachers are in place. They should paint it to match the concrete and then paint a RAGIN CAJUNS logo over it or something. I sure hope they don't do something really cheesy and get a large tarp screen printed with a blown up picture of fans cheering in some attempt to camouflage it (yikes).

I am assuming a walkway since the two sides do not match up.

This could be steps, but I find it strange why it is narrow at the bottom......
