The memo arrived to the athletic department Wednesday reiterating that the SEZ expansion project was covered in the Master Plan's "quiet phase" along with the Phase II fundraising. The rationale for freezing the camera was described as two-fold. The lack of progress would make the Hoax believe we had run out of money and they could stay in striking distance. It would allow the Tech engineers to "believe" their SEZ project was maintaining the appropriate "separation" ahead of the damn Cajuns. It's our bid to remain harmonious with our ULS brethren.
