I hope Keyes gets back soon. He played really well against LSU and was by far the most fired up for that game. I like his intensity.
1 catch as a freshman vs FIU and 1 catch as a sophomore vs NSU despite playing in 17 games (2 years) . . . I don't know if those numbers speak to lack of ability or how few attempts were thrown his way.Originally Posted by shof
At practice yesterday I was working on my camera settings so I stayed on the field that aligns with the swamp. I did not see #84 running routes with the receivers, but there was another group on the new practice field.
In my opinion, he has been a bust at WR, so I believe we should bulk him up and move him to TE. I mean, the guy is 6'6, if you give him some muscle and get him to about 220, he could be dangerous no matter what his inability is at WR.Originally Posted by Turbine

He is a Jr right now...I think it's a little late to say hey your going to be a TE.Originally Posted by Tuffguy21

I don't think we throw the ball enough period. We didn't throw the ball enough last year and so far this year, we don't throw it enough.
I know we have some very talented runners, but against good competition you have to throw the ball to loosen up the defense. What, we don't have a tight end to throw to? Why don't we throw more screens, more 5 and in routes and slants? I thought Babb was the most accurate passer we have ever had. LET HIM THROW MORE.
GEAUX CAJUNS!!!!!!!!
I think our TE is not a problem...Erik Jones when thrown to catches the ball. I agree more screens and short routes. But I think the opposite of you...I think we should run run run run and then hit the pass...use the run to open up the pass.Originally Posted by cajunproud
