Thread: Is that a construction cam?

I'm assuming here, that the new scoreboard AND concession area in the SEZ are all temporary, since construction will be going on in that spot for phase 2. Why put something nice up that will be torn down? This is likely the same reason that our new scoreboard did not have the banner board going across the upper deck facade, since it's going to be under construction as well in a few years.

    /assumption

    Is that it?
A barn roof over bricked concessions?
How does that tie into the classic college architecture on campus?
Couldn't there have been a backside concourse or sidewalk or something...
Just a long dead grey wall....
Man, UL could've not put anything back there. They could've said, let's put food trucks, tents, and porta-____ers in the SEZ. From what I've seen, there are plans in place to continue building this stadium. I'm proud of what has been done so far. Progress

It is definitely bleachers. They've been out there drilling the holes all weekend.

I'm surprised a lot of the food trucks around town don't post up for tailgating. I could see them making some money.

I think there is a no vendor rule for tailgating, but with the advent of food trucks (like you say) I think a vendor row would be a great idea. Wipe the old rule off the deck and make some money for UL.

Food trucks will go to festivals for $400 and up up up for the right to grab a spot.

The new use may be locked in but now that the RVs are moving from Gator Cove to the North End zone, this would be a good spot for Vendor Row.

Put them in the Cajundome parking area.

People cook way too much food to have to buy it during tailgating...it would be a waste and the food trucks would quit coming. Now inside the stadium gates...where no one can cook but approved vendors...it makes sense.
